Silvan Logistics office in Prague, opened in 2015, is the youngest branch of the company. Owing to a specialized and diverse fleet, the branch is able to transport such products as: car parts, machinery and steel, fruit, vegetables, ice cream, frozen vegetables, dairy, fish or sweets.
– Opening of a new branch required a great deal of experience, enthusiasm, discipline and precision. The last year has shown that the level of services provided by our company is very high and although we are the youngest branch of Silvan we already make a contribution to the company’s development – says Martin Cermak, manager of Silvan Logistics’ branch in Czech Republic. – When considering the direction and effects of our work I expect to see further growth in our performance.
The branch in Prague is the second, the first being in Berlin, branch of Silvan Logistics located abroad. Its team is specialized in transport to: Czech Republic, Poland, Belgium, Germany, France, Lithuania and Scandinavia. It has extensive experience in handling orders for automotive, steel and food industries. The branch offers comprehensive shipment services covering cargo ranging from single pallets to full truck loads, performed using tarpaulin and refrigerated trailers, standard double deck trailers with a partition wall and a load-carrying capacity of up to 22 tons, busses (8ep) and solo trucks (16ep) equipped with refrigerating units.
Increase in the number of orders fulfilled by the Czech branch every year ensures its constant development.
– Our goal is to open Silvan Logistics offices in each EU state – says Michał Bidziński, president of the company. – I believe that building a network of branches will translate into the company’s effectiveness, extension of a delivery area and optimization of transport costs to the benefit of our clients.
